Time for new laws protecting these horses.

Imagine that you are being attacked by flies, mosquitoes and wasps, but, cannot get them off of you because you don't have the use of your arms. That is what life is like for these gorgeous horses who have had their tales amputated.
This brutal procedure is called "docking" and it is my goal to see that laws are written throughout the United States and Canada BANNING this horrible procedure that does nothing for the horse, and only serves to fill some sort of cosmetic purpose their owners deem so important, they mutilate their horses.
